Our improvements are driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality care that satisfies our patients.
Our 8,000 staff come from 146 different countries, representing diverse backgrounds in the three London boroughs we serve. Many staff are from black, Asian, and minority ethnic groups. Over 400 staff are on apprenticeship programmes. We are proud to be a London Living Wage employer.
We operate from King George Hospital in Goodmayes and Queen’s Hospital in Romford. Our facilities include two busy emergency departments, with over 300,000 visits in 2023, and state-of-the-art theatres and diagnostic centers.
