The role of Scheme Manager - Homeownership
* Encouraging residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and organizational objectives.
* Providing administrative support including producing letters/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, managing invoices, and supporting resales.
* Confidently communicating with customers face-to-face and via telephone concerning a range of queries/complaints, offering advice and guidance.
* Supervising contractors and works carried out to maximise service delivery.
* Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services.
Skills and experiences:
* Experience of working with older people in a support capacity, with a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents.
* Experience of good practice for resident involvement or customer participation activities.
* Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* A good working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information.
* A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travelling to other sites may be required.

The salary for this role is £24,866 per annum, rising to £25,635 after 12 months, subject to performance. The full-time equivalent salary is £26,643, rising to £27,467 after 12 months.
