Taskmaster are currently recruiting for aHGV Class 2 Waste Collection Driverfor our client based in Milton Keynes.
Client Will Accept Newly Qualified Class 2 Drivers
Main Duties:
1. Drive/operate waste collection vehicles safely and collect waste from customers' premises via waste containers (various types) as instructed by the Traffic Office and according to all site rules
2. Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and the load is safe for the public highway. Comply with all highway rules, e.g. speed limits and weight/height limits
3. Transport the load collected to an appropriate waste disposal facility
4. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times whilst carrying out these duties
5. Liaise with the Traffic Office at the end of each working day to de-brief and clarify jobs completed on that day and check worksheets relating to jobs for the next day
