Pay: £10.00 - £12.80 per hour (depending on age and experience) + holiday pay
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Contract: Seasonal / Temporary
Travel Expenses: 30p per mile after the first 35 miles per day (lift-share uplifts available)

Your Role as a Cricket Coach:
Lead a group of children, delivering structured and engaging cricket sessions.
Implement technical coaching for batting, bowling, and fielding with conditioned gameplay.
Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship through our BEST (Bravery, Enthusiasm, Sportsmanship, Teamwork) ethos.
Ensure all sessions, especially net and hard-ball activities, are conducted safely.
Support camp operations, including set-up, registration, and supervision during breaks.
Communicate with parents when required and contribute to the overall camp experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
A Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one).
Sound safeguarding understanding.
A basic understanding of Health and Safety.
Experience of leading a group.
Experience delivering cricket coaching independently.
Passionate about working with children.
Hold an ECB L1 (or above) coaching qualification or equivalent.
Detailed knowledge of cricket.
Desirable:
Good ability to communicate with parents.
Previous experience working on a cricket camp.
Evidence of regular ECB CPD.
