Full time
We are partnered with a leading, privately owned UK talent agency with over three decades of industry experience. Representing some of the most recognisable names across broadcasting, digital, drama, music, sport, and comedy, they operate a full 360-degree representation model and are now seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Division to lead the continued growth of their digital division.
This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of the digital talent landscape and a passion for representing top-tier creators and influencers. You'll take ownership of the division's P&L, build and manage a high-performing team, and shape a strategic roadmap that continues to position the agency at the forefront of digital representation in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and expand the agency’s Digital division, building a market-leading roster of high-profile digital-first talent.
* Drive commercial success of the division by taking ownership of P&L and operational oversight.
* Develop and deliver the division’s annual strategy, ensuring budget targets and commercial objectives are met.
* Create tailored career strategies to support client growth, brand partnerships, and creative direction.
* Build strategic partnerships across the digital ecosystem – from platforms to brands and production partners.
* Work collaboratively with the wider talent departments to enhance existing client strategies with a digital-first lens.
* Report monthly to the Managing Director on both financial and creative performance.
* Hire, mentor, and inspire a team of agents to consistently exceed targets and uphold the agency’s reputation for excellence.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record as a digital-first talent agent, influencer manager, or in a senior role within the digital content and talent space.
* Deep understanding of the social media, creator economy, and wider digital landscape.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in growing and managing high-performing teams.
* Strong balance of commercial and creative expertise, able to lead vision while managing revenue and reporting.
* Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* Skilled in brand building and public strategy for high-profile talent.
* Passion for talent development and a career-driven mindset with the ambition to shape the future of digital representation.
What’s on Offer
* 60-80k
* Comprehensive performance based bonus structure
* Private medical insurance
* Enhanced parental leave and a suite of employee wellbeing benefits
