Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to join primary schools in the Fareham area, supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive in the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain practical classroom experience while developing their skills for a future teaching career.
What we’re looking for:
 * A recent graduate with a degree in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus, but not essential).
 * A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
 * A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
 * Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills in a classroom environment.
About the role:
 * Support teachers in delivering lessons and helping pupils stay engaged.
 * Work with individuals or small groups to provide additional learning support.
 * Assist with classroom organisation, planning, and preparation of learning materials.
 * Promote pupils’ confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
 * Gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting and observe best practice in teaching.
