Job Description


This role is to manage a small team and our InterpretersLive! service

How you’ll make an impact

* Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters
* Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients
* Organise resource to deliver our on-demand service effectively and efficiently
* Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting
* Client and contract management
* Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels
* Review and reporting service utilisation to plan for resource requirements
* Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters
* Oversee platform development relationships/roadmap
* Implementation and set up of InterpretersLive! Clients

Qualifications


Experience you’ll bring

* Previous experience in an operational role
* Willingness to be office based in Redditch
* British Sign Language skills (Preferred/not mandatory)
* Understanding of the platform to provide customer and interpreter support
* Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining professional boundaries
* Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time/team efficiently
* Team player
* Strong problem solving capabilities
* Experience of Power BI and excel
* Resilience in fast paced environment
* Strong leadership and management skills


Additional Information


Salary & Benefits

Salary dependant on experience £30,000 - £35,000

* 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday
