Role Overview
As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll provide support through channels like email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media—helping customers with loan applications and account management.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Responding to customer queries across multiple digital platforms
2. Guiding applicants through loan processes and documentation
3. Supporting existing customers with account questions and payments
4. Identifying and assisting vulnerable customers with tailored care
5. Flagging potential fraud or risks appropriately

Location and Working Hours
Southampton Central
Full-time | 37.5 hrs/week | Shifts between 8am–6pm | Approximately 1 Saturday/month + 1 bank holiday/year
