What You’ll Do Day To Day
* Drive sales success by managing the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery.
* Support sales teams by processing vehicles through each stage of the Group 1 sales journey.
* Create and maintain detailed vehicle records for accuracy.
* Contribute to financial success through timely invoicing.
* Streamline operations by following established processes and suggesting improvements.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries.
* Build strong relationships with retail centre teams to foster collaboration.
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
* Strong foundation in administrative tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Good IT skills and data processing abilities.
* Excellent communication skills for building rapport and sharing information clearly.
* Ability to work under pressure and embrace challenges.
* Collaborative spirit and efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team-oriented mindset to achieve shared goals.
* Previous motor industry experience is a plus but not essential.
