Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business processes.

3. Test and implement system updates, ensuring smooth adoption through effective communication and training.
4. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:
7. Proven experience in project management within digital, IT, or cloud-based environments.
8. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance priorities effectively.
9. A solid understanding of user-centred design and a passion for improving user experience.
10. Adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, evolving contexts.
11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
