An industrial services business is seeking a Production Leader to support and drive performance across one of the highest-performing sites in the UK. Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support a production team of 1520 staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Manage staffing levels, workflow and productivity against operational KPIs
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting Lean thinking and operational excellence
* Communicate targets clearly, monitor results, and encourage a culture of accountability
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations while promoting team wellbeing
* Support employee development through coaching, performance management and upskilling
* Contribute to planning, forecasting and problem-solving across the site
