This role is pivotal in advancing the network’s strategic capabilities and quality of service line delivery, with a focus on embedding sustainability into the core of policies, training, and tools.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the methodology and learning team with the following:
* Development of the sustainability methodology for both limited and reasonable assurance
* Development of resources to assist with the effective and efficient delivery of sustainability assurance engagements; such as playbooks on CSRD, GHG and ISSB
* Develop sustainability learning resources; learning programs, QRG’s, and practice aids
Location
Ideally within UK/Europe or America's region.
Person Specification
* Candidates must hold a professional designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with direct experience in assurance services.
* Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager in assurance
* Experience in sustainability engagement or supporting sustainability engagements in a national office type role
* Self- starter with the ability and confidence to execute their own projects and workload
* Strong business writing and communication skills
* Ability to be agile and respond in a proactive manner
* Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, including the ability to collaborate with other functional groups
* Good organization and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects
* Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
* Previous experience of working within a global professional services environment and with international stakeholders
* Experience with providing services related to sustainability information
* Previous experience in the development or delivery of learning
