Job Title: Lead Clinician– SaLT / OT
Location: Orchards Manor School, Norfolk, PE34 3HT
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
About the role
We are seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Orchards Manor School in Norfolk. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and the Clinical Locality Lead, balancing clinical leadership with holding a therapy caseload.
The role involves delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. You will also coordinate line management of the clinical team onsite and contribute to staff training and consultation.
This position requires a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage workload and supervise others. You will work within service policies to support the integration of clinical services into the school's daily operations, including assessments, advice, consultation, and direct interventions.

Minimum Requirements
1. Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy
2. Valid professional registration (e.g., HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT)
3. Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
4. Experience in report writing and clinical activities
5. Experience supervising a therapy team
6. Ability to work independently
7. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
