Location: Southport
Responsibilities
* Processing incoming cheques
* Processing client payments and disbursements
* Clearing client balances
* Checking costs are correct against ledgers
* Updating reports
* Dealing with emails from fee earners
* Credit control
* Closing/archiving of case files
* Complying with Solicitors Regulation Authority Rules
* Other accounts administration tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience with a case management system (preferred)
* Attention to detail
* Good mathematical skills
* Basic IT skills
* Strong communication skills
