The Role:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with students, including those with SEN or EAL needs.
* Contribute to the academic and personal development of students across different subjects.
* Build strong relationships with staff and students while developing your classroom presence.
