Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, a luxury hotel with an AA rosette awarded restaurant, based in Stock.

· To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
· Assist with the preparation of food to customers.
· Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
· Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.
· Working in a fast-paced environment for A la carte restaurant, functions, and weddings
_*Skills and Experience:*_
· Previous Chef experience
· Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
· Full understanding and proven experience of H+S and EHO requirements
· Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
· Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
