This company operate within an exciting industry with many years of experience, they have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be working within a smaller team environment, and play an important part in supporting customers on a day to day basis.
Salary - £28,000
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
This position is fully office based - must drive due to location
Some of the duties will include:
Handling incoming calls from customers, providing a great level of service
Utilising Excel to generate quotes for customers
Typing quotes for part prices
Dealing with incoming emails into the centralised inbox
General administration as required
Filing paperwork accurately
Working well within a small team environment
The suitable candidate:
Great telephone manner
Enjoys providing a good level of customer service and going the extra mile
High level of attention to detail
Great administration experience
Good organisational skills
Previous experience with using Excel
High level of accuracy
Happy to be office based
Must drive due to location
