The opportunity:

What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage relationships with SEND Schools, including retention, expansion, and new business development.
2. Guide school leaders through recruitment processes using a consultative approach.
3. Build a pipeline by calling schools.
4. Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve efficiency and deliver value.
5. Contribute actively; no two weeks are the same in a startup environment.
