LMS Support Lead


100% remote working team.

Occasional trips to Majorca.

c30-40k.


E-Learning / online training / Learning Management Systems (LMS) commercial experience required.


This company provides a digital learning platform for businesses and individuals in the yachting, hospitality and corporate sectors.


With hundreds of courses now available, the company has been growing steadily since 2018 to 40 people and is now set for good growth with a lot of projects in the pipeline and a new LMS platform launch in 2025.


They are already the leaders in their sector, so the role can grow with the team and company growth.


They have strong prior experience in blended online training for qualifications and have decades of connections in the yachting world.

With direction from the Head of Learning, the LMS Support Lead ensures a smooth and engaging experience for all users by assisting with platform configuration, content deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.


Primarily the role provides technical and operational support for the company’s LMS and assists with daily LMS tasks, including configuration, user access, and content delivery. You’ll also support the LMS migration that is happening with launch in September, including setup, testing, and data transfer.


This involves handling SCORM/xAPI content uploads, SSO setup, and basic system integrations, collaborating with the instructional designers to ensure smooth content rollout and ensuring a seamless, user-friendly LMS experience for learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders.


Familiarity with Absorb or Moodle would be ideal, but not essential.


They are also looking for basic video editing for training recordings and webinars.


The secondary focus is providing company IT support; user support across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and JobAdder and support setting up equipment for remote employees.

Coming from a hands-on tech or coding background is desirable.
