Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programs aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

* Assist with preparing records, retrieving documentation, and interfacing with the cost system while maintaining accurate paper and computer-based records to ensure protection from disallowed costs.
* Produce correspondence, documents, and presentations to specification using various media; take minutes and follow up on actions for commercial meetings.
* Conduct financial duties such as processing invoices, tracking costs, handling allocation sheets, timesheets, labor and material records, weekly plant returns, and daily diaries, which are maintained and securely stored, including uploads to IT sharing platforms.
* Produce reports, cost downloads, pivot tables, etc., as directed by the Commercial Team, and check data for consistency, addressing anomalies as they arise.


What you’ll bring

* GCSE level or equivalent, or successful completion of an apprenticeship program.
* Experience in basic IT skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
