To provide administrative support to Job coach department and the Head of Employment Services
To be responsible for the administration of the Employability strategy and the DWP claims process
To effectively Coordinate with staff, parents and employers
To support the Head of Employment Services to deliver a high-quality provision
To work with the Head of Employment Services to provide administrative support on the deployment and implementation of the Adult Education Budget.
Provide administration, maintenance, and process improvements for the DWP claims process.
Provide the Employability department with administrative support in relation to DWP Support Worker and Transport claims, including the collation of attendance reports, claim forms with appropriate signatories and invoices.
To co-ordinate the Job Coaches on a day-to-day basis and assisting the Job Coaches effectively in their roles.
To liaise with the Head of Employment Services, Careers Adviser, Curriculum Managers and other relevant parties to ensure a cross college holistic approach to Employability
To liaise with teachers and managers to develop and maintain an effective working environment for the Employability Team.
To provide administrative support in the Employability Team meetings.
To proactively promote the Employability Team to learners, internal and external partners.
Contribute to the daily management of central in-boxes (i.e. Enquiries / Bookings etc) to ensure emails are directed to the appropriate department or person in a timely manner.
Using sources of information such as, registers, timesheets, claim forms and invoices to collate relevant reports and records to provide accurate monitoring information to ensure correct income is recovered or expenditure can be forecasted
Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Head of Employment Services
