Main Purpose of the role

The role
In this fully employed position Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.
Support
Since this is not a self-employed position, Partners receive support from learning and development, a local Property Centre, technology and marketing to grow their business.
