Location: Blackburn Pay: £13.75 per hour Age Group: 8–16 years Start Date: Immediate/ASAP A specialist SEMH provision in Blackburn is looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support students aged 8 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role where you will play a key part in helping young people engage in education, develop positive relationships, and build resilience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who display challenging behaviour and will be confident in using de-escalation strategies and providing consistent, calm support.
