Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including Negotiating and Viewings
Working hours:
* Full Time
* Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
* Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.
The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
* Basic salary Up to £27,500
* OTE £30,000 - £35,000

* Strong customer service skills
* Experience in a Sales role
* Driving licence
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
* Booking viewings
* Dealing with offers
* Registering applicants
