This is a term time (full-time) on-site role for an Early Years Practitioner at Happy Kidz daycare located in Wolverhampton
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of children in our care. You will be responsible for implementing educational activities, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring the safety and happiness of all children.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
* Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
* Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions among children.
* Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall quality of care and education.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

Essentials
* Level 3 Early Years qualification. A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
Requirements
* Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting materials or attending off-site activities.
* Leadership skills to guide and support other staff members when necessary.
* A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
