We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant & Content Creator who's ready to roll up their sleeves, create eye-catching content, and keep our marketing machine running smoothly.
This role is perfect if you're early in your career (internships/freelance welcome) and want to learn every aspect of modern marketing—from content and social to email, SEO, and events. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive, gaining hands-on experience, clear direction, and feedback to help you grow.
What You'll Do
* Create Content
* Write blogs, social captions, and email copy.
* Draft product, category, and landing-page text with SEO basics in mind.
* Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos.
* Keep Campaigns Moving
* Update the content calendar and task trackers.
* Assist with email and website updates, uploads, and QA checks.
* Prep assets for affiliates and partners.
* Support & Learn Across Channels
* Help schedule posts and emails.
* Keep dashboards tidy and compile reports.
* Assist with events, shoots, and cross-team collabs.
* Bring Order to Chaos
* QC everything before it goes live (links, copy, tone, accessibility).
* Keep trackers, folders, and templates neat and up to date.
* Provide light PA support to the CMO and Senior Exec (meeting notes, follow-ups, tidy boards).
What You'll Bring
* Creativity, ideas, and a good eye for content.
* 0–2 years' experience in marketing/content (internships and freelance welcome).
* A starter portfolio of writing and/or short-form video.
* Clear, adaptable writing skills and eagerness to learn.
* Friendly, collaborative energy—and you take feedback well.
* Familiarity with (or curiosity to learn): GA4, social/ads managers, CMS platforms, Canva/Adobe, and basic video editing tools.
* Organised, detail-driven, and reliable—you love ticking tasks off a list.
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
* Content and campaigns shipped on time with neat trackers and tidy files.
* A steady stream of posts and emails scheduled ahead of time.
* Clean weekly snapshots and polished monthly reports.
* Noticeable growth in your writing, video editing, and SEO skills.
