As a Consultant Psychiatrist and Responsible Clinician, you will lead the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care, while championing a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy, strengthening governance, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and the Mental Health Act. You will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, drive quality and patient safety initiatives, and oversee the development and performance of the medical workforce.
