Job Description
3. Ensure compliance with prudential regulatory requirements and guidelines.
4. Support the CRO in providing second line oversight for the Group's management of prudential risks, including capital, liquidity and market.
5. Analyse and prepare prudential reports for regulatory submissions.
6. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
7. Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance policies.
9. Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk management practices.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to prudential risk activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Prudential Risk Specialist should have:
11. Strong knowledge of prudential regulations within the financial services industry.
12. Experience in risk management, particularly within accounting and finance.
13. Proficiency in analysing regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
14. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
