The Role We’re now looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team covering Hemel / Swindon and Oxford. You’ll be responsible for service, maintenance, and installation works across a range of commercial sites, including pubs, schools, care homes, and hotels. Typical equipment includes: Cold Rooms Bottle Coolers / Under Counter Fridges / Freezers Ice Machines VRV / VRF Systems Split Systems Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems Installation of new systems when required Fault-finding and diagnostics on-site Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety standards Providing high-quality service and advice to customers Requirements ✅ NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or FGAS certification ✅ Proven experience with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems ✅ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
