CSA Performance Coordinator
Location: Home-based/Highbrid (Midlands preferrable)
Salary: £39,000 - £49,000 (Depending on experience)
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation within the heavy equipment / plant sector to recruit a CSA Performance Coordinator into its growing Uptime & Warranty function.
This is a key hire for the business and offers the chance to join a team that is evolving its approach to maintenance contracts, moving from a reactive breakdown model towards a more proactive, condition-led and commercially focused service operation.
The Opportunity
The successful person will take ownership of repair and maintenance contract performance across a major customer account, ensuring service activity is planned effectively, delivered in line with customer expectations, and controlled commercially.
This role is not purely administrative. It requires someone who can review the bigger picture around each machine and contract - considering condition data, upcoming service requirements, repair timing, contract life, cost exposure and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate planned service and repair activity across contracted plant and equipment
* Monitor contract performance, uptime and service delivery against customer expectations and SLA requirements
* Review labour time, parts usage and repair costs to ensure activity is commercially sound
* Support a proactive \"repair before failure\" approach using condition monitoring and telematics data
* Work closely with customers, service teams and internal technical support functions to plan work effectively
* Provide clear visibility around contract cost, future maintenance demand and overall profitability
* Act as a central point of contact for contract-related activity
What They Are Looking For
* A strong mix of technical understanding, commercial awareness and organisational ability
* Confidence to challenge labour hours, parts usage and repair activity where required
* Experience within a service, maintenance, warranty, aftermarket or contract support environment
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
* Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external customers
* Good systems and PC literacy
* Full UK driving licence

The hiring manager is flexible on background, provided the right blend of technical and commercial capability is there. Candidates could come from areas such as:
* Service coordination or service desk roles
* Warranty or technical administration
* Contract support or contract management
* Maintenance planning
* Ex-engineering / ex-spanners
* REME / ex-forces engineering backgrounds
* Plant, construction equipment, HGV, commercial vehicles, agriculture, powered access or similar heavy equipment sectors
