This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally—while supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. The Role Will Involve: • Providing support to pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning activities • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement • Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment • Adapting activities and resources to suit individual learning needs What We’re Looking For: • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience) • At least 6 months of experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting • A caring, patient and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for education • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team • A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures • Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND needs is highly desirable • A full UK driving licence is helpful but not essential Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
