Key Responsibilities
* Manage and run the inclusion room on a daily basis
* Maintain a calm, structured and controlled environment
* Deal confidently with challenging behaviour
* Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour reflection
* Ensure school behaviour systems and policies are followed consistently
* Communicate effectively with senior leadership teams and staff
* Act as a strong consistent and professional presence
* Complete records logs and reporting as required
About You
* You have experience working in schools or with young people
* You are confident managing groups of students independently
* You are able to handle challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
* You have strong communication skills
* You are reliable, punctual and professional
* You understand safeguarding and professional boundaries
Essential Requirements
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one

* Annual leave entitlement is included within the salary and must be taken during school closure periods. Leave cannot be taken during term time

Pay: £14.00‑£16.00 per hour depending on experience
