Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional seeking a new permanent opportunity? Our client, based in Coulsdon, is looking for a skilled individual to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in Accounts Payable who is confident working with Sage software.
⚠️Job Title: Accounts Payable
💰 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
📍 Location: Coulsdon
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently in Sage.
* Prepare weekly payment release schedules.
* Organise daily invoices and ensure all supporting documents are reviewed and signed off by managers.
* Maintain accurate records and logs of supplier invoices.
* Support the wider accounts team with administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience using Sage accounting software.
* Previous background in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Good communication skills and a professional, proactive approach.
