We have an opportunity to join our client, a family run business providing a variety of business products. They are looking for an Admin/Customer Service person to work in their Collections team, working from the office within a wider small but growing team.
As well as updating new customers' details and arranging calls to look to assist people who are struggling with payments you will get involved in other tasks such as taking inbound calls from customers. The right candidate will have experience in customer service and administration but the right attitude and drive to help and create solutions will be the most important aspect.
You do not need any formal qualifications to be in Customer Service, your natural people skills and desire to help find the best solution will be the best quality.
