We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Process Technician to join our team at Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works. Your responsibilities will include operation, sampling, testing, routine checks, maintenance, and problem-solving to ensure service delivery meets standards. The role involves planned and preventative maintenance, daily sampling, and supporting environmental standards.
This position offers a dynamic work environment with full training and support in health & safety, technical, and process areas. It provides an opportunity to contribute positively to Thames Water's environmental impact by reducing pollution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment to enhance resilience.
2. Conduct daily sampling to ensure compliance.
3. Carry out weekly environmental and fire alarm checks.
4. Operate and clean plant and equipment, maintaining safety standards.
5. Respond to reactive jobs due to plant or equipment failure.
6. Maintain site cleanliness and security checks.
7. Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
* Valid, full UK driving license.
