Salary GO4 actual pro rata £22,940-£24,067 per annum
Term-time plus 10 days – 37 hours a week
We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, adaptable and passionate individual with excellent people skills and a high level of empathy. The successful candidate will be working within our exceptional sixth form team in a positive and dynamic working environment.
You will have high expectations, an ability to inspire, laugh and enjoy the challenges of the role. You will be a team player; you will go the extra mile to support our students.

YOU WILL BE :
Be self-motivated,
Have experience of dealing with young peoples’ pastoral issues,
Have excellent inter-personal skills and a warm, caring and flexible approach.
You will also need to have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
