We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £40,000 plus company benefits. We are also offering a £1,000 sign on bonus in month 1 of employment and an additional £1,000 in month 13!
Responsibilities
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up‑selling additional products and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Qualifications
Previous experience within the role would be desirable however, experience working in a customer‑facing role is essential. You must also hold a full UK driving licence. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
