Salary: £31,800 - £38,300 (D.O.E) + Bonus & Paid Overtime
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5:15pm, Saturday optional paid overtime)

What You'll Be Doing: The Role
This role combines expert diagnostics and repair with an unwavering commitment to quality and process adherence.
Technical Excellence & Service Delivery
* Execute essential Services and MOTs with speed and accuracy, ensuring minimal inconvenience to our high-value clientele.
* Conduct complex repairs and diagnostics, taking ownership of the process from start to finish.
* Uphold the integrity of the brand image by contributing to a detailed, elite customer handover and maintaining meticulous workshop standards.
* Rigorous adherence to all Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and hazard-free working environment.
* Accurately complete all necessary documentation (HSO warranty, internal brand requirements, and Job Sheets) to ensure invoicing and compliance are perfect.
* Proactively control costs and identify efficiencies where possible without compromising quality.
We're Looking For: Your Profile
You must be a highly organised and articulate professional with mandatory experience in a similar automotive environment.
* Essential: Proven experience as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician or equivalent is required.
* Customer Communication: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate technical information to customers, resolving issues and providing comprehensive handovers.
* Organisation: Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively, excelling whether working individually or as part of a team.
* Driving: A full UK driving licence is essential for test drives and vehicle manoeuvring.
