Hours: Full time, 37.5–40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year
Holiday: 33 days per year (including bank holidays) + 1 additional day for your birthday
Reports to: Supply Chain & Customs ManagerPurpose of the Role
Due to continued growth and expansion, Whyte & Ivory Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain & Customs Admin to support our Supply Chain & Customs Manager. This role will focus on the administration of logistics, customs compliance, and sampling for our textile operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth import/export processes, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Update EPOS systems and maintain accurate records.
* Handle and update spreadsheets for shipment and customs tracking.
* Prepare import/export and customs clearance documentation.
* Coordinate with logistics companies (both domestic and international) to book and track shipments.
* Ensure compliance within our bonded warehouse.
* Manage weekly schedules relating to supply chain activities.
* Cut customer samples and continuity samples for quality control purposes.
* Support customs compliance processes in line with regulations.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous administrative experience.
* Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in supply chain or customs administration.
* Familiarity with customs compliance, HS codes, or bonded warehouse procedures.
* Understanding of incoterms and international trade documentation.
