Are you an experienced trainer passionate about developing others and ready for your next challenge? Do you have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams? In this role, you will be involved in recruiting and training our restaurant teams.
Your role will embody our ‘Southern Hospitality’ mindset through leading team trips and delivering authentic southern-style hospitality across the UK. If you have the qualities to develop others and provide top-class service, you might be the perfect fit!
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in training or coaching within a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
* Experience with project management.
* Ability to work within strict timeframes.
* Willingness to stay overnight as required.
* Passion for passing on knowledge to team members and guests.
* Ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to meet Hickory's standards.
* Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping teams reach their potential.
* Welcoming, empathetic, and engaging personality.
* Drive to innovate, think outside the box, and support team members.
* Ability to evaluate processes and introduce new ideas.
* Strong communication skills, with experience in giving constructive feedback.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards.
