You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
1. Answer guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
2. Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring to accommodate requests
3. Maintain a clean & tidy environment and ensure the reception area is ready for service
4. Create a fun, exciting & safe environment to encourage guests to return
5. Assist in running children’s birthday parties, engaging with children
6. Perform face painting & balloon modelling
7. Sell various food and drink items to guests
