What You Will Do:
1. Oversee and manage electrical compliance contracts from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and regulations.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch electrical services.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules and project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks.
4. Lead and mentor a team of site engineers, ensuring work schedules meet customer deadlines and budgets.
5. Manage commercial performance of contracts, overseeing all costs, tendering, quoting, and invoicing.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
What You Will Bring:
1. Relevant NVQ or Degree level Electrical Qualification.
2. Proven experience in electrical project management, particularly in contracts management.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. A valid driving licence is essential.
