End-to-End Project Delivery
* Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
* Oversee project governance, track risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on course.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement
* Share knowledge to strengthen the team.

Our ideal candidate should have extensive experience delivering a variety of IT solutions, preferably with an MSP background. We have an established projects team, and this role will enhance our delivery capabilities to keep our clients satisfied.

* Preferred certifications in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM, IAPM) demonstrating solid project management principles.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects from start to finish, with MSP experience being a plus.
* Expertise in project lifecycle management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating multiple concurrent projects.
* Proficiency with industry-specific software and project management tools to improve processes and collaboration.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and convey complex information effectively.
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
