Overview:
We are looking for staff to support our post 16 provision.
Our Key Stages 4 students have faced barriers to success in mainstream education and we aim to support them in realising their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to KS4.
* Develop and adapt schemes of work and assessment methods for neurodiverse learners.
* Foster a supportive, structured learning environment promoting resilience and independence.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including SEN specialists and therapists.
* Track progress and provide feedback to pupils and families.
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and annual reporting as needed.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching geography
* A strong understanding of neurodiversity and a creative, flexible teaching approach.
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
-The ability to teach additional subjects would be advantageous.

KCSIE
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with the Department for Education's Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.
You will be expected to uphold and follow the safeguarding policies at all times and act promptly and professionally when concerns arise. We are looking for someone who is caring, vigilant, and able to foster a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and secure. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
