At Hays Education, we’re delighted to be working with a weing andmunity-focused primary school in Lancashire to recruit a dedicated Year 4/5 Teacher for a permanent role starting in September. Your new role
As the successful Year 4/5 Teacher, you will:
4. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
5. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued
6. Plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to a mixed-age class
7. Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced staff team
8. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider schoolmunity
You will also benefit from the support of amitted teaching assistant and strong, approachable leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a great fit if you:
9. Hold QTS and have experience teaching within KS2
10. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed.
11. Are confident planning for mixed-age groups (support available if new to this)
12. Have strong behaviour management andmunication skills
13. We aremitted to ongoing professional development.
