We are growing our German market, Kapsel, and are looking for a determined individual who can help us take on the challenge. German language skills are therefore essential, preferably you are a native speaker. We are based in Glasgow's East End, so if you are able to travel into the office, that would be a plus - but not a requirement! The role can be carried out fully remotely, so applications from all across the UK are welcome.
Responsibilities
* As the first point of contact for our customers, you\'ll be their hero: answering calls, responding to emails, and engaging via social and other channels through our efficient ticketing system, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving prowess.
* Handle call, ticket, and email inquiries; as you grow in the role, you’ll take on additional tasks to challenge and excite you.
* Provide comprehensive support addressing general inquiries, resolving missing orders, and collaborating with internal and external teams to promptly resolve customer concerns or issues regarding prescriptions or purchases.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment as the company scales, delivering world-class service to patients and customers.
Requirements / Qualifications
* German speaker (preferably native); experience with Zendesk (or similar) and handling vulnerable customers; strong problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to participate in training and receive ongoing support for success.
* Ability to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this position.

* Salary: £26,208 per year
