Service Delivery Supervisor
As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the LDP Operational Teams in delivering the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme successfully. You will supervise teams from work handover to project completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Success will be measured against HSEQ performance, programme adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
1. Supervise delivery teams during works, including site setup, enabling works, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement, and site completion.
2. Attend sites to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including RAMS, and brief Team Leaders on responsibilities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards.
3. Supervise opening and closing of street works permits as per NRSWA, manage Traffic Management and Permit Conditions, and record reinstatement completion.
4. Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage with customers and identify needs (PSR, language line) to minimize disruption.
6. Provide daily and weekly reports to meet service levels and objectives.
7. Contribute positively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
8. Report safety issues following company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
* SHEA (Gas)
* NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)
* SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)
* IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
* NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
