Looking to work in a school and make a real difference in the classroom?
I’m currently working with a primary school in Penarth that is looking to bring in a Teaching Assistant to support their ALN Department. It’s honestly one of my favourite schools to work with – the staff are welcoming, supportive, and they really do take excellent care of the people working there.
Recent Estyn findings highlighted the school as a “warm and caring environment where pupils enjoy attending and taking part in school life.” Inspectors also noted that most pupils make good progress from their starting points and develop strong reading, writing and communication skills, with behaviour across the school described as good and respectful.
You don’t need previous school experience for this role. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, can build good relationships, and likes the idea of working with children day-to-day, this could be a great fit.
