About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

6. Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it).
7. Experienced in a senior care role, with strong leadership and people management skills.
8. Flexible and committed to working a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
9. Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance and quality.
10. Passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and supported.

Why Anchor?

At Anchor, you’ll be part of a values-driven organisation that puts people first — both residents and colleagues. We’ll support you with ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a workplace where your contribution truly matters.

Join us at Hatfield House and help shape a home where residents thrive, teams feel empowered, and care is delivered with pride.
