Deputy Manager – Hatfield House, Doncaster
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week (12-hour shifts, worked Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for our residents. This is a hands-on position, not office-based, where your leadership and presence on the floor make a real difference every day.
You will:
1. Support and lead the care team in delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
2. Oversee and mentor Team Leaders, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across all shifts.
3. Carry out daily checks and audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
4. Work closely with the Home Manager to uphold high operational standards and drive continuous improvement.
5. Lead by example in creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
6. Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it).
7. Experienced in a senior care role, with strong leadership and people management skills.
8. Flexible and committed to working a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
9. Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance and quality.
10. Passionate about delivering high-quality care and ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and supported.
