The role You’ll join a busy and well-established corporate team, working closely with an experienced partner and a group of respected lawyers advising some of Scotland’s most dynamic businesses.
The role offers a broad mix of corporate work, including:
Investments and fundraising
Acquisitions and disposals
Shareholder arrangements
Share incentivisation and equity schemesWhat you’ll be doing
Managing your own portfolio of clients with early and meaningful client contact
Taking increasing responsibility as you progress, based on capability rather than strict PQE
Contributing to larger, more complex transactions while leading smaller matters independentlyAbout you This opportunity would suit someone who is:
A qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate transactional work (some flexibility on PQE)
Experienced in running transactions from start to finish
Commercially aware, organised and confident managing competing deadlines
